Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Conditions
Product Condition:
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return.
Opened Products:
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, as this may compromise the safety and quality of the dietary supplement.
2. Return Timeframe
Return Period:
Customers may return products within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
3. Return Process
Return Request:
Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate the return process, providing the order number and reason for the return.
Shipping Instructions:
Once the request is approved, detailed instructions will be provided for shipping the product back to our facility.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping Responsibility:
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Fitness Headquarters will cover the shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for these costs.
5. Refunds
Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Exceptions
Non-Returnable Products:
Returns will not be accepted for perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
